Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the US, Europe and Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?

How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes can be applied to your order during checkout. You can enter your code on the right near your cart details. Please note our website is only able to process one code at a time. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes on the same order.

We aim to respond to all e-mails within 2-4 business days. Please note that emails are answered in the order it was placed during operating business days (weekends are closed). Please include full name, detailed message, and order number if available.

You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry.
I am an international customer (outside USA). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by For Jamae.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
I ordered two items, why did I only receive one?
Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times indicated here to receive your entire order.
Why does my tracking info say invalid/not available/not found?
Please allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update. At times, tracking may not be available in select countries.
